Computer Science (CS) is a core branch: In this, you will get knowledge of various programming languages in details.
IT: In this, you will have some subjects of CS, but not in detail.

If this is your JEE mains rank then sure, you can get a CSE seat in one of the reputed government college. Try out for a NIT first. Maybe in an average ranked NIT, you get a seat also in home state NIT you will get 50% reservation which you can take advantage of. You'll most probably get a seat in one of the NIT's. In case you don't get one then you can try for some regional engineering colleges. This rank is good enough to get you into a reputed college.
So, just handle your counselling sessions very smartly.

The fees vary according to different coaching centers faculty, notes, books, and infrastructure. Some of the good coaching centers also provide video as well as offline coaching, which might be more expensive. So, I would recommend you to get in touch with the coaching center for fees and related details and then accordingly make a call.

Hi,
Yes a bio student can definitely pursue B.Tech in CSE branch, there is no restriction to it. You can pursue B.Tech in computer Science after 12th if you have Maths in Class 12th. All BIPC/Biology students are eligible to get admission in Engineering courses such as Computer Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, ECE, EEE etc.

As per my experience CSE requires continuous exposure and practice for technical skills (coding, programming) I can enlist some university for your help - Lovely Professional University, Manav Rachna University, Sharda University etc. Few of these universities provides extensive learning programs and exposure to the students. Some of them provide scholarship also.

Computer Science and Information technology are two sides of same coin . Computer Science is traditional concept or branch which is deals with both traditional concepts such as Algorithms, Date Structures, system architecture etc. and applications like Programming , Web Application Development, Networking and Telecommunication etc.
Where as IT is considered as combination of the following branches.
1. Computing
2. Information processing
3. Communication technology.
But for one who have studied computer science / IT , papers are almost same. And the employment opportunities are also same in nature.
