If you completed your vocational training then now you should do one or two courses minimum 1 month or 45 days course on any particular language This will help you alot in getting good jobs.

You can get NIT. If we see last year's cutoff, you may get admission in VJTI in computer Science. As cutoff will not change much, so you can get admission. You can try to get admission in VJTI in computer Science college.

Parvez don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies. Yes, you can definitely get admission to the second year of computer engineering via lateral entry mode. For this, you need to register on the website of DTE of tech education of Maharashtra. But I am afraid that for the current year, this stage is already over and you will have to wait till next year.
