If you completed your vocational training then now you should do one or two courses minimum 1 month or 45 days course on any particular language This will help you alot in getting good jobs.
You can get NIT. If we see last year's cutoff, you may get admission in VJTI in computer Science. As cutoff will not change much, so you can get admission. You can try to get admission in VJTI in computer Science college.

Yes, you can definitely get admission to the second year of computer engineering via lateral entry mode. For this, you need to register on the website of DTE of tech education of Maharashtra. But I am afraid that for the current year, this stage is already over and you will have to wait till next year.
