You won't get seat in any NITs. Because your percentile is not fulfilling the required cut off. So please choose IIITs or GFTIs according to your percentile by seeing last year cut-offs.

The admission for M.Sc. CS in NIT Trichy is strictly based on entrance test known as IIT JAM. If you completed your vocational training then now you should do one or two courses minimum 1 month or 45 days course on any particular language This will help you alot in getting good jobs.
You can get NIT. If we see last year's cutoff, you may get admission in VJTI in computer Science. As cutoff will not change much, so you can get admission. You can try to get admission in VJTI in computer Science college.

Parvez don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering.
