In my view, REC - Bijnor is good for CS. Don't go for spot round. You know what makes a difference is how much hard work you do, whether it is whichever college.

42 marks in JEE Mains are very low if you belong to general category specially. Because with these marks, you won't be able to get any government college in your state. Instead you can try for state college counselling happening every year where you can get college based on your state rank and JEE marks. Add the college WITH CSE Branch in it if any criteria of college matches your marks then you will get the CSE.

You won't get seat in any NITs. Because your percentile is not fulfilling the required cut off. So please choose IIITs or GFTIs according to your percentile by seeing last year cut-offs.

Hello Chandan, you may think of doing CSE after PU, but you still need to appear for the entrance exam. You can appear for the entrance exam that a particular college has prescribed or you can appear for different entrance exams. The choice is yours. Bangalore Institute of Technology is better than Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering, as it has better placements than Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering also the cutoff rank of BIT, Bangalore is very good. Hope you got your answer.

The admission for M.Sc. CS in NIT Trichy is strictly based on entrance test known as IIT JAM. But to appear in IIT JAM exam the candidates should have secured a minimum of 60% aggregate marks or 6.5 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) in the qualifying degree examination for OC/OBC/OCPWD/OBCPWD candidates and 55% aggregate marks or 6.0 CGPA (on a 10-point scale) for SC/ST/SCPWD/STPWD candidates.

there is not much difference.out of 66 subjects in total ,I guess, only 4 are different.also, there are some 3-4 companies that dont allow ise students to sit for their campus recruitment

If you completed your vocational training then now you should do one or two courses minimum 1 month or 45 days course on any particular language This will help you alot in getting good jobs.

You can get NIT. If we see last year's cutoff, you may get admission in VJTI in computer Science. As cutoff will not change much, so you can get admission. You can try to get admission in VJTI in computer Science college.

Parvez don't go with which stream is better. Go with what you want do after studying B.Tech. You may take following considerations. If you like computer, want to build crazy application or something related to software go with Computer Science engineering. If you like playing with machines/motors or electricity go ahead with Mechanical engineering. Or Electrical engineering. If you are India, after studying Electronics and communication engineering most of the students gets job/work in IT companies. Only few percent gets chance in electronics companies.
