Hello Parminder, as far as I know, the only mode of admission in UBS is through CAT exam. I am not sure about the criteria whether one could get admission even if they have already done master's degree or not. It is very difficult to get admission in SIMSREE, even having reservation category, because when you apply through CMAT, then you will get admission, as per your all India rank and not by category. Category will only help you in fees concession, when it comes to admission through CMAT.
BBA is a better option. After that, you can go for MBA.
You may get admission in an architecture college with this score as a score of 90+ is considered in NATA to get admission in B.Arch in various Govt. colleges. Check the available colleges you might get with this cut-off and attend NATA counselling. Best of luck!
You can get admission in BBA+LLB. There are lots of fields in this course with good placements.
