Hello Rajitha,IITs and NITs require the eligibility to have completed 10+2 education system in order to appear for JEE exams through which you can get admission in those colleges. Since Diploma holders don't satisfy this condition, you cannot get admission in IITs or NITs for architecture.

You can not predict the model or maximum marks for which the advanced exam will be set. You are talking about robotic engineering!
There is no such specified branch. You need to take a 5 year integrated course of CS+robotics. Or you need to complete b tech in CS or ECE and then take up a post graduation course (MS or M.Tech) in robotics. Anyways, first start preparing well for the exam. You are interested in a branch which is the most preferred. So you need to be ready to face immense competition.

For that, you will have to complete (10+2) intermediate education System. And after that there are specific cutoffs for JEE Mains, which would let you decide your branch, all the best for future.
