Hi,
After 12th, you cannot do MBA unless you do a graduation course as MBA is a post graduation degree. Yes, you can go for integrated courses of 5 years like BBA+MBA together, but not MBA directly after 12th.
First of all, you need to understand the difference between BBA and B.Com and then select a course accordingly.
Delhi University
Pros: Brand name, good academics, good Fests and societies. No attendance issues.
Cons: Bottom colleges are decent in terms of academics and placements.
Maharaja Surajmal Institute
Pros: Reputation, discipline, great academics and good placements.
Cons: Attendance issues.
To sum it up, if you’re planning to pursue CA/CS/IAS, etc., along with your graduation then I would recommend Delhi University as it has less attendance issues plus shorter duration of classes.

However, the last year CUET Cutoff for admission to BCom and BBA courses at Jamia Hamdard was 59.50 percentile. I don't think so that there will be a separate cut off of IIFT Delhi as well as Kolkata for Chartered accountants especially. Cutoff for General category students is most likely to be in the range of 35-40 marks. The corresponding figures for NC/OBC and SC/ST/PWD should be around 30-34 and 25-28 marks respectively.

Yes, it is true. Most of the top entrance exams need a candidate to score minimum 50% aggregate marks during graduation to appear for them. However, there are some exams like XAT and MAT which do not consider your graduation scores at all i.e. you just need to be a graduate. Better you apply and prepare for them. Good luck!
Ofcourse. Some colleges accept backlogs in Canada. As you got 6.5 in IELTS you can search on the website. But you do have a chance in Canadian colleges.
The study material you use till 12th is sufficient for clearing IPMAT as well as the entrance test of DU. You can try other books from different authors if you want additional information, however, I won't recommend that.
Go for BBA if you wish to become an entrepreneur else if you are interested in accounting, then opt for B.Com.

MBA syllabus is designed for graduates of all disciplines. Therefore, the overall difficulty level will be same for both commerce and science students. Commerce students may have advantages in the finance subjects and science students may have advantages in data science, managerial maths & statistics, etc.
