You can't pursue 2 full time courses at a same time. CS is a full time professional course, then you should do B.Com via correspondence. Further, if you want to do regular B.Com, then you can start CS after completing it.
Any professional stream practiced post B.Com is complimented with legal knowhow. Eitherways, ignorance of the law is no excuse. Similarly accounts, finance and company secretariat can be best practiced if it's complimented with the legal knowledge.

Based on your profile, you can apply for a PG Diploma which is generally of 1 year. You have a three year degree, which won't be accepted easily by universities for admission into Masters programme. Secondly, you must have good grades. You should also try to improve your IELTS. I am not recommending you to apply for a UG Diploma because you already have a UG and this will lead to rejection.
Yes, you can do BCA after 12th commerce but you have to face some problem in mathematics because in BCA, mathematics is a compulsory subject.
But in some colleges, you don't need to study mathematics.
And it is my understanding that it is good for you to select a good college for BCA, otherwise, it will ruin your future.
Best of luck.
God bless you.
