There is no such course in St. Xavier's College. It is a stand alone course of B.Com and is not an integrated course. Also, the CS course is conducted only by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Yes, you can apply for Amity, but there are other competitive exams also like CAT. If you score well in CAT, you can get admission into many big colleges and in Amity too.

Faculty of Law is very strict in terms of attendance and rules have become even stricter in the last few years. Fewer teachers are willing to mark proxy for long term absentees and not having a minimum attendance disqualifies you from sitting for the exams. You should first start finding out the university requirements, email them, share your qualifications with them and enquire if additional verification will be required like WES evaluation. You must also keep note that MBA abroad is not usually for freshers unlike in India. After you complete your B.Com, you will need some work experience. Without experience plus a distance learning degree makes your profile weak for MBA. You can no doubt prepare for GMAT, but check the requirements first.
