Ideally BMS and BBA are specialised as compared to B.Com. So, if you plan on doing MBA after your Bachelors, then you may opt for BBA or BMS. But if you want to do M.Com after graduation then do B.Com.

Yes, you can but B.Com should be your priority and apply for CAT as well. Basically, there are 3 sections in CAT exam - verbal ability, DILR Quants. Verbal ability- Start reading newspaper daily to increase your reading speed and grasping power.

For BBA and B.Com, it is very simple, they have a mass recruitment and campus placements for high academy toppers, but salary packages are not so good. It is around INR. 1 Lacs to INR. 2 Lacs per annum. So, I will recommend you will choose better University than Punjab University for BBA and B.Com, if you want to get a good job.
A student can pursue two academic programmes, one in full time physical mode and another in Open and Distance Learning (ODL)/Online mode; or up to two ODL/Online programmes simultaneously. So you can do the UG in commerce and arts through correspondence/ Distance.
