To apply for B.Ed in RIE you need to have at least 50% marks in Bachelor's degree and /or in the Master's degree in Science/ Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science or Mathematics or in Bachelor's Degree and /or in the Masters in Social Science/Humanities are eligible for admission to the programme (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ ST/PH candidates).

I don't think you can both degrees at the same time as MBA study program is quite hectic in itself. Thus you won't get much free time to pursue another Master's degree. Also, while studying for MBA, I don't think it is necessary to pursue M Com. I suggest you choose either of these degrees as per your career goals.

Yes you can apply for the apply for the course. Admission to UG courses offered by MES College of Arts Commerce and Science is based on merit. Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent from a recognized board to secure admission. Aspirants should have secured a minimum 50% Aggregate with English as a subject.
Candidates who have passed the Pre-University Examination of Karnataka or the 10+2 examination from a recognized board of education are eligible for admission.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks in the qualifying exam.

To do MBA whether regular or open you need to get your graduation degree first. All MBA colleges ask for graduation with 50%.

yes you are elgible.the only diffrence not having maths in 12 th is you will have to give more effort for statistics protion of CPT(Ca entrance).

You can pursue an Engineering Degree in your area of interest or Management Degree in Finance or Operations. There is a long road to becoming a MD and it is passed through promotions only. Develop your skills in management and communication. If you pursue Engineering, make sure you have complete grasp in your field.

According to the best of my knowledge, I would like to suggest you that both BBA and B.Com have their own merits. It depends entirely on your interest before choosing either of the courses.
If making a career in management is your priority, then you should go for BBA as it is the foundation of management and has been specifically designed for MBA aspirants.
B.Com, on the other hand, is much more diversified and has a wider scope for specialisation for post-graduate study.

Your marks in 10th,12th and graduation are indeed looked into for admission. But what matters most is your score in CAT. If you can score well and get rank within 50, then I am sure you would get admission in IIM-A.

Eligibility Criteria for MCA at TKM College of Engineering.
Minimum qualification for admission is a candidate must have done B.Sc or B.Com or BCA degree with Mathematics or Statistics, as one of the subjects with not less than 60% marks, excluding languages, in the qualifying examination. There will be entrance test for admission to the course.
