CA is a professional cource that you can do both MBA & CA at the same time. It takes more time to complete CA compared to MBA. If you're interested in MBA go for it.

In my opinion, B.Com with logistics and SCM. The reason is that in logistics part, you will face a lot of issues concerned with tax, accounts, time management, cost of transportation, etc. So, it will be easy if go for the above-mentioned combination.

If you cleared your CS every one will hire you on the basis of a CS Certificate so it will not affect you so much. From your comment I understand they you are interested in becoming a teacher so I suggest you to do B.Ed . To do B.Ed the eligibility is to clear any graduation with 45% marks.
So I recommend you to complete bcom and then get admission from one of the best colleges for B.Ed.

No private company sees whether ypu did in distance mode or in regular mode. You should have stuff for the post called. That's all.

Frank answer is it is not possible because for B.Ed, you need to have a minimum 50% in graduation. If you belonging to reserved category candidate, then probably you have fair chances.

IGNOU is a central university with all India No 1 ranking in distance education and has better brand value for M.Com in comparison to your other option.

You can go for Bank PO, CFA CMA, ICWI, ICMAI, CS FRM, UPSC exams, LLB, SSC and many other exams.

Not possible from government universities or college but you can get from private college or state college.
