In UPSC exam, your knowledge in your selected subject is tested. So it makes no difference whether you are B.A. Or B.Com or BE or MBBS. Thorough knowledge of the subject is what matters.

Yes, you can pursue any master course if you are B.Com graduate but that should be of either commerce stream or of Arts stream. Only one entrance exam you have to give in the respective college or university, if applicable.

If you are only interested into subject specialisation, than you can go for M.com. However, if you believe into overall exposure to get all round knowledge, than it is advisable to pursue MBA.
