<p>If you are considering BBA in HRM or B.Com in HRM, I suggest thinking about your career aspirations. A BBA in HRM combines HR topics with business topics such as marketing, finance, business strategy, etc. This is the right path if your aspiration is to move into leadership or management positions at some stage. On the other hand, a B.Com in HRM will tend to focus more on commerce, economics and financial aspects of HRM, which would support aspirations to work in roles related to payroll, compliance, HR analytics etc. If you are more interested in the overall business strategy and management of people, consider BBA. It's difficult to get DU colleges for B.Com/B.Com (hons.) without maths in 10+2. You must have maths in 10+2. There is no cut-off marks to be achieved in maths, just having maths as a subject is fine.

CFP could be certified Financial Planner OR Chartered Financial Analyst, which one are you referring too.
Nevertheless, both the CFP have good scope & have separate career opportunities. Chartered Financial Analyst (USA) is the difficult of the two & will give you a better career growth.
If you are able to complete both the courses together, you will get a preferences over other students at your campus placement time.
Salary is a function of multiple factors so don't worry on it. Concentrate on your studies. Do well and all else will fall into place.

EducationConsultant,

The combination is as:
1. CA + MBA.
2. CA + CFA.
As package is concerned, first option is much better. It depends on institutes and its ranking. Second option is better, if you want to make your career in education sector. Both options are equally good for those, who want to go abroad or want to work on foreign assignment through Indian companies.
