ICWA degree provides the knowledge on how to manage finance competently and CA degree gives you the knowledge of taxation, auditing, and accounting. It is possible to study 11th and 12 as PU again, if you need. It's just waste of 2 years to go back. You can carry your 10th or SSLC certificates and get admitted again. You need to change that as you cannot do the 11th and 12th again from the same board.

M.com is best after doing b.com, or else if your are so interested in accounting do CA or cma or ACS. if you want to do any professional course then do MBA in finance domain.
