Hi,
If you take a year's drop, then firstly, you shouldn't waste any time on unproductive tasks. The main focus should be on studies.
Secondly, work upon the concepts and begin with level 2 or 3 questions.
Use standard books and work on improving your rank not on getting passing marks.
Thanks. Keep asking.

There is an outside chance that you may get Computer Science and Engineering in Coochbehar Government College through your JELET SC rank, provided the college have vacant seat in CSE department.
I can't understand your question if you want to know how much salary a computer Science engineer will get. A CSE engineer will get average 2-6 lacs package.
For the 2014-18 batch, we had a decent placement season at Techno India University. As I belong to CSE department so my answer will mainly focus on the placement of CSE branch. Students from CSE got placed in companies like Microsoft, Intel, Mindtree, TCS, to name a few. At least 35-40 companies allowed a CSE student to seat for placement as of now and you will be surprised to know that companies are still coming. Our college strictly believes in one student one job policy (exception happens only for dream companies). Everyone who knew how to code and had basic knowledge of subject with good communication skill got placed. Now coming to pe... View more

Hello Sai Krishna,
Both the courses are good in terms of placement, go through the course syllabus, read in brief about each, find which course do you like, and pursue that. Further scope of each branch is good.
With the availability of computer science engineering graduates growing exponentially largely contributed by India, other courses like BCA, MCA has declined considerably. Jobs are also getting broad based across spectrum and hierarchy based on the large range of competency levels of students, all of whom are technically computer science engineers.

Hi Ram,
7.5 is not a great score for public universities but you should still try applying with a very strong SOP and LORs. Most MS degrees are nowadays taught in English, in this case, you need to learn German right away but you can take German language classes there but form most cases at least B2 level is required. Check DAAD website for details.
BMS is not at all a serious college and according to me there is no pressure on you if you work normally. An extremely fun loving environment with no restrictions on what the student aspires within their limit. The crowd and the friends you get will be amazing. Everyone kind by heart including the faculties. When it comes to enjoyment you can fully satisfy yourself as there are many clubs where you can participate. And the most amazing thing is the UTSAV which is the fest in Karnataka. Computer Science faculty is the best as they are not so strict. They are very helpful when it comes to academics and they let us enjoy. There is no doubt th... View more

First, lets be clear about few basic fundamentals about IT and CS:
1 Information technology or IT is all about Software only
2 While on other hands Computer Science or CS is about Sofwtare Hardware and OS core
So, this is the reason why CS cut-off is going so high. Now, before Joining any college or university, please check the placement percentage and type of companies coming in campus and infra of the campus as most of the universities tell you that we have 100 percent placement but actually, they do not have good placement.
