Have you completed your BBA? If yes, you can go for MBA from a reputed business schools in India through CAT or MAT exam. If you are interested, you can also go for LAB.
If you are interested in CA or CS, you should have commerce background from the beginning.

There is no criteria of minimum marks in mathematics for B.Com and BBA in majority of the universities in India. You can look at detailed eligibility criterion at website of universities or institutes, which you are targeting for further education.

Both serves different needs and are equally demanded. CFA is one of the crucial requirements for financial analyst, credit and portfolio analyst roles. Hence, if you want to build your career in these areas, I strongly recommend you to pursue CFA.

Minimum 50% required in class 12th with Mathematics as a mandatory subject.

You need to check the eligibility of the college. You are going for admission as you are having less percentage in your 12th and in this case, you will not be eligible for any scholarship but you need to check the test you need to give before admission.

Both the courses are good & have great career opportunities. MBA is a generalist course and career options are more vide. CFA is a specialist course & has it own demand in the financial /capital market space.

In both, you will start studying from the basics which are taught in class 12th.
You can also do MBA after B.Com.
