Yes, with 70% in NEET means you are scoring 504 marks out of 720 and according to the past data 504 marks approxiately give you a rank of 80000-100000 which is enough for the cutoff for ex this is the data of BDS course in Yenepoya Dental college

The eligibility criteria at JSS Dental College and Hospital apart from national-level entrance exams:-
1- Science stream in your class 12th boards and it should be from recognised board.
2-NEET UG exam for undergraduate course with minimum 50% Aggregate.
3- Must be 17 years old.
And that's it for undergraduate course and for application process you have to visit official website of colleges then fill it up and pay the required fees and visit the college with application form along with your NEET results.

Both College of Dental Sciences and Bapuji Dental College and Hospital are good colleges. CODS has a slightly higher patient inflow. High patient flow increases the work load and there you can have a lot of experiences while Bapuji is more well-known and has been accredited with an "A" grade by NAAC twice. Quality assurance is given by the Bapuji college.
