No, Only Joint Entrance Examination-Advanced qualified students can apply and appear in Architecture Aptitude Test. The Bachelor of Architecture programme is available at the Indian Institutes of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) Varanasi, Indian Institutes of Technology Kharagpur, and Indian Institutes of Technology Roorkee only. The Architecture Aptitude Test AAT is conducted for those candidates who have qualified for the JEE Advanced exam and are interested in pursuing a B.Arch programme at IITs. Therefore, only candidates who have cleared JEE Advanced 2021 are eligible to appear for AAT 2021. As you mentioned that you did not write JEE Advanced 2021, you are not eligible to appear for AAT 2021. In 2021 the cut - off was 121.
Bachelor of science in Agriculture or B.Sc. in Agriculture is a 4-year undergraduate degree provided by means of Indian Universities for 10+2 college students preferably with technological know-how stream.

Can I get admission in AAT if I score less than 75% marks in class 12th?

No, you cannot. For AAT, you have to qualify in Mains for Mains you need 79% in class 12th. For 2020 corona batch, there was a chance with 75%. Not for all the batches.
