No, the authorities will not release the section-wise or total obtained scores through the AAT result. The candidates will only be able to know their qualifying status through the result. Since admissions will be done based on JEE Advanced scores, the candidates will not require AAT scores during the counselling process. Therefore, the candidates are just required to qualify the entrance exam to be eligible for the BArch counselling process held by JoSAA.

No. The authorities will not release the AAT result offline. Candidates will be able to access the result of AAT online at jeeadv.ac.in. No other mode will be used by the authorities. To access the result, the candidates will have to click on the result link and log in using the required credentials. After the result is announced, the candidates will have to download and print it out for future use.

To download the AAT result, the candidates will have to visit the official website and clik on the respective result link. The credentials that the candidates will have to provide to access and download the result of AAT are - JEE Advanced registration number, date of birth and mobile number. If the candidates have forgotten their log in credentials, then they are advised to immediately contact the authorities so that they can regenerate it to access the results.

Yes. AAT syllabus is very important for the preparation process. The candidates are advised to check and become familiar with the syllabus of AAT to understand which topics and concepts they will have to prepare and study for the entrance examination. Since the question paper will be prepared based on the AAT syllabus, it is important for the candidates to know what has to be studied beforehand. This will also help them to strategize and plan out their studies to have a better performance in the exam.

The main aim of AAT is to assess the candidate's aptitude in perception, aesthetic sensitivity and imagination. The AAT syllabus is also created to assess the candidate's drawing skills, which are essential in the Architectural field. The candidates will be assessed on the following fields - Geometrical drawing, Freehand drawing, Imagination, Aesthetic Sensitivity, Three-Dimensional Perception and Architectural Awareness. All of these skills have to be honed by the candidates to perform well in the entrance examination.

The candidates are advised to check the exam pattern carefully beforehand so that they are aware of how the examination will be held. Being familiar with the AAT exam pattern will allow the candidates to plan out their studies and become comfortable with how the examination will be conducted. No. There is no negative marking in AAT. Therefore, the candidates are advised to attempt all questions to have a higher chance of securing qualifying the entrance examination. The total number of questions that will be present in the AAT paper is 16. In case of any changes in the marking scheme of AAT, the authorities will announce it online.

AAT paper will consist of various types of questions. The authorities will prepare multiple-choice questions as well as drawing-based questions. While there are some sections that require multiple-choice questions, there are some in which the candidates will have to prepare a drawing. In case of multiple-choice questions, the candidates will have to select the correct answer from the provided options.

AAT exam pattern will be released online at jeeadv.ac.in. Candidates will be able to check the details on how the examination will be held through the AAT exam pattern. No other mode will be used to release the information of the exam pattern. AAT will be held as a pen-and-paper-based test. All candidates will have to attempt the 16 questions within the 3 hour exam duration. No extra time will be provided to the candidates to complete the examination.

No. The authorities will not provide the AAT application form correction facility to the candidates. While registering for AAT, the candidates will have to check the provided details carefully and update it, if necessary. Once the exam centres are selected and submitted, the candidates will not be allowed to make any changes. In case of any issues in the application form, the candidates are advised to immediately contact the authorities.
