Aspirants seeking to become a Chartered Accountant should register with the Board of Studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT). The registration has to be done 60 days prior to appearing for the exam. Candidates can enrol for CPT after passing the class 10 exam itself. On passing the +2 examination or a recognised equivalent examination, candidates can write the CPT. On successful completion of the +2 exam and the CPT, candidates are eligible to register for the Integrated Professional Competence Course (IPCC). LL.B. Regular course has more privileges than from open university as the courses from a regular college are recognised by the Bar council and also you get to be eligible for the BAR exam only when you have a law degree in regular. So, you must chose a regular college for purpose of securing a law degree.

You should give priority to course/college you are interested in rather than the location. Location does not matter.

With that stream in class 12th, your options for mathematics become limited as majority of courses require PCM in 12th. However, if you like number you may go with accounting courses.
