As far as my knowledge goes, there isn't any such college or institute that offers both B.com and CA in Bhubaneshwar.
You will have to pursue both of them separately at separate institutes.

Yes, you can.
But that won't be the case initially.
After some experience which you gain, and tour skills which you develop and the knowledge which you possess, all three combined, makes you eligible for a good remuneration.

For MBA courses at least 2 or 3 years work experience is required. You must also take the GMAT and IELTS. For MS courses there is no requirement of work experience. You will need an upper first class around 75% and above to apply to the universities you have mentioned.
