That entirely depends on the job profile for which you are applying i.e. if you are applying for software development job then the required skill set will be different as compared to a software testing job.

Good evening dear,
It is impossible to do B.Com without economics.
Economics is the heart of it.
Even if you will move to Masters degree in the same stream only if you have economics.
Better start loving the subject, the entire world needs economics.

It is always advisable to choose B.Com (honours).
Though the other three are also good but you will get advantage over others with Honours degree.
