I assume you have taken a gap year to prepare for your MBA exams. Apart from MAT, I suggest you also opt for other entrance exams so that you have a backup option as well. To keep yourself busy during the gap year, you can enrol in some short courses, learn a new language, opt for an internship, volunteer somewhere, etc.
All the best.

There are a number of courses that you can opt for after B.com, depending on your interests. You can pursue any of the following:
Mcom if you are interested in teaching field;
CA course if you are interested in accounting, tax & audit;
MBA course if you are interested in management field. etc.
Choose the course which matches your interests.
All the best.

Since you are working in a CA firm, CA course will be preferable for you. Also, you can directly give level 2 ie IPCC as you have already completed your B.Com I.e. You dont have to give the CPT exam ( level 1) as you are a graduate.
Apart from that, MBA and CFA are good options for you. You can decide what you want to pursue on the basis of your interests and subjects of choice.
All the best.
