If you are looking college in India then Delhi University is the best for commerce colleges. With 70-80% marks you will be able to get a fine college.

After class 10th you need to go for 12th then you will be able to join college. For the best college you need to work hard in 12th. Score more to get admissions in Delhi University north campus colleges.

B.Com is more diverse than BBA. B.Com covers all aspects of commerce whereas BBA covers only management related subjects. If you want to do MBA in future, you can go for both B.Com and BBA. If you want to do chartered accountancy or cost accounting, my recommendation is to go for B.Com.
