MBA is the best option provided you do it from a good college.

You can go for B.Com+ CA , B.Com+MBA, BBA+MBA
CA and MBA have good job opportunities provided you do MBA From a very good college so that you get a very good job.

My advice will be to do a job for at least 2 to 3 years and prepare for MBA entrance like CAT or XAT as work experience will give you more insight and you can do more justice with your MBA as you can relate both.

Just doing BAF won't fetch a very good job. You can either go for full time higher course or take up a job now send do higher studies by distant learning.
Career options after BAF:
Chartered Accountancy (CA)
Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
MBA (Finance)
Chartered Finance Analyst (CFA)
Company Secretary (CS)

If you are interested in finance, you can go for it.
But it is time taking and has 3 levels. Instead, it is better for MBA finance.

MBA finance is focused on financial management. Apart from that, it may have accounts and taxation as subjects , but as far as job is concerned, you will get roles in finance and some times, may be related to taxation and accountancy. But that's rare.
