Yes, you can pursue the CA course after graduation. If you have completed your graduation, you can directly join the Intermediate level without having to take the Foundation level exam, as long as you meet the required percentage of marks.

The CA course has three levels:
1. Foundation:
The first level where candidates can learn the basics of subjects like accounting, business laws, economics, and math.
2. Intermediate:
The second level, where students study more detailed topics like taxes, auditing, and financial management.

The eligibility criteria for Company Secretary (CS) course are given below in detail:
1. Foundation Level:
- You must have passed Class 12 from any stream (Arts, Commerce, or Science), from a recognised board.
- There is no speciic demand for subjects or age limits.
2. Executive Level:
- You must have completed your graduation in any field (except Fine Arts).
- Graduates can directly join the Executive level without taking the Foundation level.
3. Professional Level:
- You must pass the Executive level to register for the Professional level.
- To begin the course, you must register with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Hi, There is no specific limit on the number of attempts you can make for each level of the Company Secretary (CS) course. You can appear for the exams as many times as needed until you pass. However, you must complete the course within a certain time frame set by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
