Yes, you can pursue the CA course after graduation. If you have completed your graduation, you can directly join the Intermediate level without having to take the Foundation level exam, as long as you meet the required percentage of marks.

 Yes, you can study for the CA course online for some parts. ICAI offers online classes and materials for the course. However, some practical training and exams may need you to be there in person. Chennai also offer courses in online mode.

1. Foundation:

2. Intermediate:

The eligibility criteria for Company Secretary (CS) course are given below in detail:

1. Foundation Level:

  • You must have passed Class 12 from any stream (Arts, Commerce, or Science), from a recognised board. 
  • There is no speciic demand for subjects or age limits. 

2. Executive Level:

  • You must have completed your graduation in any field (except Fine Arts).
  • Graduates can directly join the Executive level without taking the Foundation level.

3. Professional Level:

  • You must pass the Executive level to register for the Professional level.
  • To begin the course, you must register with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

Hi, There is no specific limit on the number of attempts you can make for each level of the Company Secretary (CS) course. You can appear for the exams as many times as needed until you pass. However, you must complete the course within a certain time frame set by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
