No there is no option in CS subjects or modules. You get an exemption if u have appeared in CMA and CA final exams.

There is no cutoff in CS. But u need at least 80% marks to get into CS executive programme.

CS Foundation is the first stage to clear for becoming CS I. e. , Company secretary. After the completion of the CS Foundation Course, there are two more courses to be completed to become CS which are CS Executive & CS Professional. After the 12th you can appear in CS foundation.
