There are 2 CMA courses in India one in the US and the second in India. CMA India comes under ICWAI or ICAI.

Yes, you can apply for CS as an international student. Also, the government provides special quota and access to Nepali people You can easily apply for both CA and CS exams in India.

It depends upon how many attempts you take to clear your exam. Normally it takes 2-3 years for students to clear it in 1-2 attempts. The more attempts the more it will take time.
