Hi,
CS starts at the 10+2 level. Diploma in CS engineering is not considered to be graduate level. Now, you have 2 options- complete class 12th and do foundation level CS while simultaneously preparing for the exam. ( class 11th+class 12th)
Or,
Do 3 year (with lateral entry) engineering programme, and then professional level CS. See these links also

First of all, your UG Degree should be completed without any backlog remaining, so first clear all your backlog. To pursue Masters in United States you have to appear for entrance exam for various universities, like MIT, University of California.

Instead of doing a long route CMA India course, isn't CMA US a good idea? Just asking. With 2 subjects and ample opportunities within and outside India, it is a quick path to getting on career building. I have seen more on &get; https://cma.mileseducation.com/career
