The same is application for the M.A. Psychology course at IILM University, where the Department of Psychology focuses on conceptual learning and intervention skills for three major streams at the post graduate level: Clinical, Counselling, Development and Organizational Psychology. Select the course based on your interest. If you think costing, budgeting, forecasting and strategic budgeting, etc. Is your forte, CMA will be the right option. But, incase you want to get your hands on general management (or specialize in business sales, marketing, etc. ), go for MBA/MBA with specialisation.
