If you want a good internship you should be good at your communication skills and should have a good knowledge about your field.

If you asking for dual degree B.Tech and M.Tech then there will be some chances for you but if you are asking only for M.Tech degree then there is no need for JEE MAINS score. Your B.Tech marks are enough.

Yes, you will be eligible to take admission in B.Com after completing the current course only. You cannot pursue two degrees at the same time. So, complete the current course and then go for B.Com.

If you fail in accountancy then you can easily apply for re-exam and clear it and further pursue you Bachelors degree in business administration.
