I can understand your situation. I was also in the same situation when my result came in 2017. I was not getting any good CSE college, in fact not ECE or it. Then, I decided to take smart manufacturing in IIITDM Kancheepuram, without thinking about it. No, you must have less than 5000 rank to get eligible for this college. As you don't have good rank for NIT, you can't get it.

Hi Santhya!
With this %, you may get admission in B.Com. For specialisation, I cannot be confirmed. As it depends upon if you had Math as a compulsory subject in your class 12th or not. There are some college doesn't allow admission for non-maths students for finance stream. However, admission in BBA with 76 is possible. I hope this helps.
