Hi Khushbu,
You only need to pass your class 12th or senior secondary examination with an aggregate of 45% from a recognised board or university. After fulfilling this eligibility criteria, you can appear for the CLAT exam (common law admission test), conducted for the admission to the top government and private colleges in India. After successful clearing the exam, you may choose the course and specialised law branch of your choice.

I would suggest you opt for ENTC as VIT is far better than Cummins College and also the study culture there is not so good, but in VIT, all the things are good.

Core branches other than CS and IT are ECE and EEE. These are the most relevant branches of this prestigious institute, the teachers, infra and placements of this institute is good when compared with other private colleges of India and also this college has the awesome workspace that encourages every student in their practicals and studies.

See, the cut-off marks may vary year to year largely, but the rank varies very less and the closing rank of this college is nearly 2.5K for VIT main campus that is Vellore.

No, there is no other entrance exam for admission in the B.Tech in CS, your rank is too good to get into this college and also in the CS branch.
