CA is with taxation, auditing and accounting, majority of the subjects are practical and company secretary is a theoretical subject with law. Both having same opportunity in future.

Yes, commerce students too are eligible for getting admission into BCA. The minimum marks which are required by universities for getting admission into BCA is that a candidate must have scored atleast 45% in their +2. So, if you can satisfy this criteria then you can easily get admission into BCA without any problem. If you want to learn programming languages which you will be studying in your BCA course then you can check out this app which is specially designed and developed for BCA students. You may pursue CS along with your B.Com/B.Com (Hons) graduation. Company Secretary course can very well be done along with your commerce graduation. However, you will have to wait till you complete your HSC (commerce) with a minimum of 50% aggregate. B.Com (Hons) and Company Secretary course can be done simultaneously and in fact, there are thousands of students who opt for the Company Secretary / Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountancy course alongside their graduation.
