Yes, you can. You would have applied for state entrance examination before. But since you had not gone for any test, you can apply for particular colleges, as some college provide direct admission.

First of all, for giving CPT, you should prepare for CPT subjects like maths accounting economics law according to new syllabus Institute had introduced English also in this all subjects you should get more than 40% in all subjects and your aggregate should be more than 50% study well for CPT and after CPT prepare for IPCC.
