Yes, why not? Maximum students who can't study computer as the main subject in class 12th take admissions in BE/B.Tech, B.Sc and BCA, not only in CSE, but in every branch, it is not necessary that you learn that subject in your 10+2.
Best wishes.

Uttarakhand Technical University is not having good reviews and also it was good at the beginning but now it's not good. So it's better to go to some other college in Dehradun. Good luck.

The most important point is that DAIICT does't have computer science. The course is ICT- information and communication technology which is sort of combination of ECE and CS and some people can do minors in computational science which is different from computer science. If you speak of the coding world come join DA. I have friends in a couple of colleges you mentioned so according to me your preferential order could be
DAIICT, LNMIT, DTU, VIT, Nirma, Thapar. Hope this helps.

Hi!
You can opt for accounting courses like CA or CS which have very basic maths. You can also apply for banking exams and make a career in the banking industry. Alternatively, you can also give civil services exam if you are good at academics other than maths.

Hi, Mostly, the admission in government institutes is based on merit I. e. your marks obtained in 10+2. But the scenario is gradually changing and universities are introducing entrance exam pattern for admissions for some of the courses. So, you will have to check with the institute or university for their admission criteria, where you're looking to apply.
