No, you are not eligible for du bmscet without maths. In fact they ask large no. of questions from maths of 10+2 level in their entrance exam. So its better you try for some other colleges.

Dear rahul. almost all Business schools and university departments offer specialisations like MBA finance, MBA marketing, MBA HR etc. some of the universities also offers MBA accounting but very few. all the best.
