There is no need to have any formal education to be an Accounts Manager. Even a person with HSC or B.Com background can be a manager in a small sized firm after gaining sufficient experience in accounting and finance domain.
However, if you wish to accelerate your career and join a large corporate, it would be recommended to pursue courses like CA, CWA or MBA.

You need to have subject of commerce line , you can give CA exam if you clear all exam of CA then it will help you to get good job , you can do Bcom and after that Mcom or MBA
