For taking admission in undergraduate programs in North Dakota State University, It is not mandatory to provide ACT or SAT scores as a part of the application. But submitting standardized test scores might help applicants having GPA less than minimum GPA required (2.75 or higher) as it strengthens their profile and increase their chances of admission. Other basic requirements for admission includes fulfilling academic criteria, meeting English language test scores requirements, and submitting mandatory documents like academic records, statement of purpose, and letters of recommendation.

The test is getting shorter. It will be about 2 hours long. The big change is that the Science section will be optional now. You can skip it if you want. The reading passages will be shorter too. It is meant to be less tiring. The digital format is also taking over.

ACT composite score ranges from 1 to 36. This score is average of your four main section scores: English, Math, Reading, and Science. Individual section scores also range from 1 to 36.

Unitec Institute of Technology does not mandate submission of ACT or SAT scores for International students for admission in undergraduate programs. Instead, the admission criteria put more weight on fulfilling the minimum academic requirements in secondary school as well as English language proficiency test scores. Some programs might have specific admission requirements, but the overall entry requirements consist of the following:
- Higher secondary education equivalent to All India Senior School Certificate or a similar qualification, with at least 70% in four academic subjects for degree programs.

For admission to UG courses of Delaware University, international students are not required to submit SAT / ACT scores. Additionally, international students are required to submit IELTS / TOEFL scores or any other English language proficiency scores. Documents required to apply are:
- Academic transcripts
- Letters of recommendation
- English language proficiency score
- Financial documents
- Any other course-specific document

Two months maybe enough to prepare for the ACT exam. Just -
- Get good understanding of subjects being tested - English, Math, Reading, Science
- Prepare to commit with your time and effort for studying consistently
- Complete several practice tests under timed condition to become accustomed to the test format

If the syllabus of ACT is similar to the topics available in the NCERT, Indian applicants can readily prepare for ACT from there. This can prove to be another resource material for the applicants if preparing for ACT from NCERTs and there may be more questions available for practice as well.

ACT preparation may be difficult for a few students, while it may not be for some other. There are four sections on ACT and its not mandatory that all students are pro in all sections. Some applicants may have a strong point in Math and Science while others may find Reading and Writing easier. Thus, it completely depends upon the candidate where he/she is comfortable, hence the ACT prep will be easier for stronger sections and difficult for not so confident areas.
