Hi Kartar,
B.Sc in media management and BBA in media management have a very slight difference between them. Both the courses will offer a similar syllabus and exposure into the field and provide you equal opportunities to the best. However, BBA in Media Management will lead you straight to pursuing MBA which is into fashion these days. B.Sc in media management on the other hand is a Bachelors in Science in media management which isn't much into trend as of my research.

You can pursue B.Tech or BE. You can also opt for music/acting courses in from any of the top Institutes FTII, Pune or NSD. You can pursue BCA if you have a keen interest in computer science or VFX if you want to make your career in the animation field.
