For AAFT's short‑term acting or anchoring certificate courses, the on‑campus schedules are generally structured as full‑time weekday batches rather than part‑time evening or weekend batches:

Current Batch Format

  • Campus‑based short courses such as Certificate in Acting & Presentation and Certificate in News Anchoring are typically 3‑month programs held 5 days a week on weekdays with a day schedule during regular hours. 

  • There is no official mention on AAFT's main site or admissions FAQs of separate weekend‑only or evening‑only batches for these campus short courses. According to student Q&A discussion pages, AAFT do

For short‑term acting or filmmaking certificate courses at AAFT (such as Acting & Presentation, Cinematography, Editing), typical batch sizes are generally small to medium — around ~15–30 students to support practical learning and instructor engagement.

If you are a good communicator you can express youself its good, but if you cant no worries you can always learn to be an actor  its much better if you get a formal training from a good institute. To get a proper training of acting in India AAFT is the place you can go for as its offers graduation and post graduation courses in acting. So if you are just 12 th pass or are graduated in any stream you can chose BA in Acting or MA in acting as per your convenience.

There are no particular qualifications required to become an actor but its much better if you get a formal training from a good institute. To get a proper training of acting in India AAFT is the place you can go for as its offers graduation and post graduation courses in acting. So if you are just 12 th pass or are graduated in any stream you can chose BA in Acting or MA in acting as per your convenience.

It is the only college offering graduation and post graduation fully practical and wholistic approach of acting training with the latest industry standarads. AAFT is one of its kind. All the trainers here are well qualified and well trained with years of industry experience.

You begin ACT preparation by checking the syllabus, solving practice tests, and learning timing tricks. Start slow and then do more tests later. Following this can help one in getting a desired score.

Yes, you can register for the ACT test online. You simply need to craete a student account on the 'My ACT' portal. Then you will be required to log into your account and follow the steps to register for the ACT online.

If you opt for the writing and Science sections with your ACT test, then you will be tested on all 5 subjects of the test, i.e., English, Maths, Reading, Science, and Writing. Fees of the ACT test with Science and Writing sections in 2026 for the non-US students is USD 221.50.

The ACT test fee along with the Writing section is $211.50. This includes test on the English, Maths, Reading and Writing section; however, the scores for the Writing section will not be included in the composite score.
