International candidates need to pay USD 186.50 (without the Science and Writing test) as an ACT registration fee in 2025. the ACT exam fee with the Science section in 2025 is USD 196.50 and the ACT exam fee with teh writing section is USD 186.50 + USD 25 = USD 211.50. The ACT exam fee with the Science and Writing section is USD 221.50.  

The fee for the full-time certificate course in acting at Balaji ICE Institute of Creative Excellence is INR 2 lakhs.

Please note that the admission procedure at the Institute of Creative Excellence consists of a written test/audition and interview for the desired academic program after payment of registration fees. It also costs 2 lakhs rupees, and it's a 3-month course that requires admission through an entrance exam and interview.
