The list of the students is based on the academy limits. The Admission is merit based for programmes offered at UG and Certificate levels. At the Certificate level, students have to provides NAME a 6 months Certification in Advertising and Public Relations course to the students. Yes, it will get you a seat in the BA (Hons)Advertising and Public relations domain as the KUAT exam is conducted for 100 marks and if one has scored 60% or more than that, then there is a high chance for the student to secure a seat in the university.
