Hello Dhruv Parekh, frankly speaking the admissions are based on the ranking and not on the percentile. Of course the ranking depends on percentile but more than one student can have the same percentile and in such scenario, national testing agency has a formula to break this tie and then award ranking. Your present time is quite good and I am sure with this percentile you are ranking also would be quite hi but then your ranking amongst the SC category of students will count and not your CRL ranking. In case of any disability, which prevents a candidate from writing the exam himself, then the scribe should preferably be a class 10th or 12th student (not from Humanities) and such scribe shall be required to carry school identity card, age and address proof viz Aadhar Card. No scribe shall be provided by the Examination Center. NOTE-The word PREFERABLY was used before class 10th or 12th and this was used because we have 5-year LL.B. Integrated law graduates, who are candidates. It shall be amended as follows:

It should be ensured that the qualification of the scribe should be at least one step below of the qualification of the candidate taking the examination and should no way be connected with humanities subjects like Political Science/legal studies and should not be below matriculate.
