Indian Engineering Services abbreviated as IES are the civil services that meet the technical and managerial functions of the Government of India. First shortlist the universities offering the course. Then see the exam requirements - if they require GRE for MTech or not. Apart from GRE, you will be required to appear for either IELTS or TOEFL.
