The AILET eligibility criteria for the LLM programe is as follows:
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must have obtained an LLB degree or a graduation degree in any stream from a recogniseed university.
Minimum Marks:
- General & OBC: Minimum of 50% marks in the graduation degree examination.
- SC/ST/PwD: Minimum of 45% marks in the graduation final examination.
Appearing for Final Year LLB:
- Candidates who are appearing for their final year/semester of the LLB programmeme in the year of the AILET exam are also eligible to apply. However, they must have completed their LLB degree with the minimum qualifying marks by the time of admission.

The AILET eligibility criteria based on different parameters are described below:
Educational Qualification:
- Candidates must have passed the Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 system) or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
Minimum Marks:
- General & OBC: Minimum of 45% marks in your Class 12 exam.
- SC/ST/PwD: Minimum of 40% marks in your Class 12 exam.
Age Limit:
There is no age limit for appearing in the AILET exam.
Other Criteria:
- You must be a citizen of India.
- Specific requirements apply for foreign nationals and Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)/Person of Indian Origin (PIO) candidates. Refer to the official AILET notificat

- You must have passed the Senior Secondary School Examination (10+2 system) or an equivalent examination from a recognised board.
- However, the minimum percentage required in your Class 12 exam varies depending on your category:
