The NLU Delhi released the application schedule for AILET 2024 exam; the AILET 2024 application correction window remained open until November 15, 2023. The AILET 2024 application form is currently closed. With regular fees, the application could be submitted until November 15, 2023. The AILET 2024 exam will be conducted on December 10, 2024.

NLU Delhi conducted the AILET 2026 on December 14, 2025. The admission notification published on the official website - nludelhi.ac.in.

National Law University, Delhi, will release the AILET 2026 admit card in November 2026. The admit card of AILET 2026 will be available on the website of NLUD. Candidates who register for the All India Law Entrance Test before the deadline will be able to download admit card.

Candidates are advised to take a coloured printout of the admit card. However, it is not compulsory. NLU Delhi has not stated any guideline regarding this. They must also ensure that they have two to three spare copies of the admit card for future use. However, in case a candidate does not have access to a coloured printer, she/he can take a black and white printout of the AILET 2026 admit card as well, but the details such as photograph and text should be clearly visible.

No, candidates were not allowed to appear for the examination without a valid photo ID. Candidates were advised to keep the following three things ready with them, a day before the examination; a valid photo ID proof, AILET admit card 2026, and a recent passport-sized photograph. These were the mandatory documents to be produced during entry to the AILET exam centre. The valid photo identity card which would be allowed at the AILET 2026 exam centre include Aadhaar card/ Driving Licence/ PAN Card/ Passport/ Voter Id. The admit card should also have the passport and postcard-sized photographs pasted on it.

Candidates must keep the copy of AILET Admit Card safely until the whole AILET admission process is over. The admit card will be required for the counselling process as part of important documents. They should not tamper it or write anything on it as it will be verified during the counselling process.

On the day of the exam, candidates must carry the following documents and items to the AILET centre:

  • It is a mandatory document to be carried to the test centre; candidates must carry their admit card as issued to them. Candidates without a valid admit card on the day of the exam will not be allowed to take it.
  • Along with the admit card, candidates must also carry an original photo ID proof issued by the Government of India. Documents that can be presented as ID proof include PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhaar Card, and Ration Card.

No. AILET 2027 admit card will not be sent by post to any candidate. The hall ticket has to be downloaded online from the official website. Candidates have to log in and enter their registration ID and password to download the admit card for AILET 2027. Candidates are advised to download the admit card and check all details carefully. In case of any error, candidates are advised to contact the exam conducting body immediately to get the error rectified.

AILET admit card is useful for two events i.e. at the time of the exam, and at the time of counselling. Therefore, once downloaded, candidates must retain the admit card with them till the AILET admission process is over or they secure a seat in a college of their choice.  The admit card is a mandatory document that one must not forget to carry to the exam center on the day of exam.
