The AILET admission process after the results are declared is as mentioned below: 

  • AILET counselling: The number of candidates invited for counseling will be FIVE times the number of seats available in each category. The consortium will upload the list of eligible candidates on its website before the start of counseling registration.
  • AILET cutoff: The NLU Delhi will release the AILET cutoff on its official website at the time of seat allotment. The cutoff is the minimum marks/rank that aspirants need to secure in order to get admission to a 5-year LLB or one-year LLB program.

AILET 2024 Result will be made avaiable online. Candidates cannot check the AILET Result 2024 in offline mode. The exam authority does not publish the AILET 2024 result in offline mode. The candidates have to check the AILET result in online mode. The candidates have to visit the official website regularly after the AILET exam is concluded to know the latest information of the AILET result. The AILET Result will be released after the release of the final key.  Once the result is announced, the counselling for AILET 2024 will begin within a few weeks.

National Law University (NLU) Delhi has released the BA LLB answer keys for AILET 2026 on December 14.  NLU Delhi releases the provisional answer key for AILET 2026 first, after which it opens a window to invite objections. After receiving the objection, the final AILET 2026 answer key will be published.

Yes, the candidate can challenge the AILET Answer Key. NLU Delhi has released the provisional answer key for AILET and has opened a window to invite objections till December 16, 12 PM. After receiving the objection, the final AILET answer key will be published.  Note that, unlike the provisional key, the final key can't be challenged. So, the keys included in the final keys will be considered the correct keys for the questions asked in the AILET exam.

Candidates are not allowed to carry following items to AILET 2026 Examination hall:

  • Electronic gadgets such as mobile phones, calculators etc.
  • Handwritten notes
  • Manuals and digests
  • Any other form of study material

Candidates can submit maximum 3 preferences for AILET centre. Choosing preference for exam centre is mandatory to submit AILET application. Candidates will get to know about allotment of exact centre once the admit card is released. The NLU Delhi releases admit card online comprising crucial details about exam including name and address of AILET centre. The admit card can be downloaded from the official website after its release. To download AILET admit card, candidates need application ID, password, and Exam Unique Code (EUC).

No. One cant change the AILET Exam centre once the application form is submitted online. Candidates have to choose options of exam centre while applying for the exam. The exam centre option is filled during the final registration for AILET. Candidates can declare maximum 3 options for exam centre. AILET will let candidates know about name and address of exam centre through the admit card. The admit card for AILET has to be carried to the exam centre else candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

No, the allotted exam centre cannot be changed at any stage after submission of the application form. Candidates will have to appear at the allotted test centre only. However, any incorrect detail related to the exam centre on the admit card can be reported to NLU Delhi to get it corrected.

The National Law University Delhi (NLUD) conducted the pen-and-paper-based AILET exam on December 14, 2025 (2 pm - 4 pm). The exam was held in 24 cities across the country.

AILET exam centre 2025 will be allotted along with the admit card. Candidates are advised to check the admit card to know about the exam centre and other crucial details. Apart from name and address of allotted AILET exam centre, the admit card comprises details such as exam date, timing, exam day guidelines etc. Date for admit card release is published along with the information brochure on the official website. Candidates have to download the admit card for AILET 2025 after logging and providing details such as application ID, password and others.
