After the declaration of AFCAT results, a merit list is prepared by the IAF for candidates who scored qualifying marks in online tests. After several weeks, qualified candidates receive a call letter for an AFSB interview. The candidates are required to select an AFSB date, time and venue. AFSB Interview is conducted in three stages.
