BTech is the flagship course offered by Amrita School of Engineering Amritapuri. The total tuition fee for BTech is INR 10 Lacs - INR 24 lakh. The accepted entrance exam for admission is JEE Main and AEEE. The total tuition fee for ADYPU School of Engineering BTech is INR 8 Lacs and INR 12 lakh. Aspirants have to pay the course fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat in the school. Candidates also need to pay an application fee of INR 1,500 to apply for BTech.

Aspirants need to pass Class 12 or equivalent with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or any technical vocational subjects with at least 45% aggregate (40% aggregate for candidates belonging to reserved category and person with disability belonging to Maharashtra state only) to apply for ADYPU School of Engineering BTech course.

The course is spread across four semesters and is offered in various specialisations such as Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Bioengineering, Electric Vehicles, etc. Aspirants need to pass BE/ BTech or equivalent in Computer Engineering with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for M.Tech programme.

The total tuition fees for MTech at ADYPU School of Engineering is INR 1.5 lakh and INR 4.6 lakh. Candidates have to pay the fees at the time of admission to confirm their seat in the school. Aspirants also need to pay INR 1,500 for MTech.

Candidates must pass BE/ BTech or equivalent in Computer Engineering with a minimum of 50% aggregate to apply for M.Tech course at ADYPU School of Engineering. The aggregate is 45% for candidates belonging to reserved category and person with disability belonging to Maharashtra state only). Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

ADYPU offers scholarships to students pursuing a course from ADYPU School of Engineering. As per the Government of Maharashtra, the university provides EWS Scholarship to students with Maharashtra domicile. Students must fulfil the criteria to apply for the scholarship.
