You need to qualify the entrance of AMU, B.Com after completing your class 12th from commerce stream. For entrance, you need to prepare accountancy, micro and macro economics and business studies of class 12th. Besides this, you need to prepare stats of class 11th and general English.

Yes, you are eligible for B.Ed course from JMI. You just need to clear the entrance exam for the same.

As far as my knowledge is concerned you will have to qualify the departmental test for getting admission in AMU M.Sc museology.

Eligibility criteria for B.Tech AMU:-
Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination of this University or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate of English, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics.
Diploma in Engineering of this University with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
For B.E:-
Diploma in engineering. In the relevant branch (see below) of study or an examination recognised by the University as its equivalent with 50% marks.

The cut-off for various course and admission in PG courses in AMU lies around 50 percentile in UG Degree. For SC/ST it's lower to 30-40 but for general the percentile is 50%.

The eligibility criteria for giving entrance examination is as follows:
For M. Sc. (Zoology) : B. Sc. with Zoology as the main subject and any two of the following subsidiary subjects-Botany / Chemistry / Genetics / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / Fisheries or
B. Sc. with Zoology as one of the subjects of equal value along with any two of the following
