For Stenography, you don't need to clear any competitive exam. Its a simple training course in AMU for which you can enroll by paying the certification fee. You must be class 10th passed from any recognised board of education in India to enroll in this course.

The Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) BA LLB Entrance Exam center allocation is determined during the application process. Candidates select their preferred exam cities while filling out the application form. For the 2025 session, the exam is scheduled to be conducted in the following cities:
- Aligarh (Uttar Pradesh)
- Kolkata (West Bengal)
- Kozhikode (Kerala)

AMU offers MSc as a two-year postgraduate programme offered in the full-time mode. To be eligible to pursue MSc at AMU, candidates must have scored at least 55% in Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. Hence, a candidate scoring less that 50% in their graduation degree is not eligible to apply for the programme. Such candidates can pursue MSc at some other college or university. They can also check out the colleges offering online MSc courses.

A candidate must clear the AMU B.Ed Admissions Common Entrance Test conducted by the Aligarh Muslim University every year to get admission into this university. The eligibility criteria is candidate must have completed a bachelor's degree in B.Sc./ B.A./ B.Com with at least 50% marks from a recognised College/ Institute/ University. The entrance exam for B.Ed is for 100 marks and syllabus is as like below
- General English - 25 marks
- Reasoning - 25 marks
- Teaching Aptitude - 25 marks
- Current Educational Affairs - 25 marks
